SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING TIME
We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed. If you order on a Friday, your order should ship by the following Friday at the latest. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will do our best to communicate that to you. All domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class if possible (1-5 business days), otherwise they will be shipped USPS Priority (1-3 business days).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on the country of destination, but most orders arrive in about 1-2 weeks. Sometimes packages can be held up in customs for several weeks or more. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
DO YOU OFFER TRACKING?
All USPS First Class and USPS Priority shipments come with tracking. (Please note that tracking for international orders is not as detailed.) Once USPS accepts the package, it is out of our hands. If your item is missing or damaged, you will need to contact USPS directly and follow their process. We do not bear any responsibility for missing mail.
Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address that has been provided by the buyer.
DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?
All Dustlings are shipped with insurance equal to the purchase amount. If you wish to add insurance to any other shipment, please contact us before purchase to make arrangements. Additional insurance is at the buyer’s expense.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade nature of our items, Quinn & Bloom do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
By purchasing from our shop, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We package our items very carefully. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact USPS. We do not bear any responsibility for damaged mail.
By finalizing your order, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to honor all information stated above and in the purchased products description. We are not responsible for any injuries that result from improper use of our products, nor are we responsible for any damage to our products that arises from improper handling.
